Who runs this website

This website is the personal portfolio of Martina Yacobone, Product Designer based in Barcelona (Spain). Contact: [email protected].

Its purpose is to present my professional work and experience. It does not sell products or services online.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind. Fonts and all files are served from this domain, so no data is shared with third parties such as Google when you visit it.

Personal data

The contact form does not send or store any data on a server: it opens your own email app with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. If you write to me, I will use your name, email address and message only to reply and to manage a possible professional relationship. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the steps prior to a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

I keep these emails only as long as needed for that purpose and I do not share them with anyone. You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to the processing by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses only to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Intellectual property

Texts, designs and images on this website are the work of Martina Yacobone unless stated otherwise. Brand names and logos of clients and products shown in the case studies belong to their respective owners and appear only to document professional work.
